Job Description: – Increase the brand awareness and generate the prescription. – Responsible for area sales development. – To meet and communicate with doctors and promote the products. – To meet and communicate with customers and collect order. – To monitor competitor activities and products. – To monitor area sales and credit accounts. – Build doctors and customers data. – Daily report & giving feedback. – Planning hospital visit schedule weekly. – Implements to achieve sales target. – To build business relationship with the prescribes. – To organize CME activity and societies activity. – Coordinate with internal departments such as sales team, voucher and delivery team, account department, product executive team etc…. – Attending team meeting and continuous product polishing training.   Job Requirements: – Must possess a bachelor’s degree (Preferable Science courses and Medical technology course). – Good personality. – Very good communication skills, Innovated and enthusiastic. – Must be willing to do field work. – Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply. – Above post it preferable not more than 28 years old.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential healthcare professionals
  • Analyze reports, data, target list and appropriate territory information to focus sales efforts Submit activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis to management.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Maintain professional technical knowledge by working with their District Managers regarding additional training and product knowledge
  • Maintain up to date pre and post call records on customer sales
  • Maintain current, approved protocol and company promotional materials to be used in sales presentations
  • Maintain and monitor sample inventory with proper accountability and follow FDA guidelines
  • Manage territory, develop routing and call cycles
  • Achieve expected call activity to target physicians and pharmacies with proper frequency
  • Remain in compliance with Safety Guidelines, remain in compliance with
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
  • 3 to 5 years of Sales and Marketing Management Experience preferred
Language Skills and Other Skills
  • English Fluent
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical products (is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent oral and communication skills

2ndOverall in charge of managing pharmacy operations, team member hiring, training & development, managing operational cost, and planning & execution of company initiatives to maximize the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • To build up the culture of the Standard Professional Pharmacy Service at the store
  • To promote the Standard Professional Pharmacy Service to Myanmar people (customers)
  • To be the leader of Pharmacy Expert in Myanmar by sharing knowledge with all team members at the store about pharmacy products
  • To ensure that every customer/patient receive the same Standard Professional Pharmacy Service to suit the appropriate medication
  • Maintain the pharmacy shelves and counters including checking the merchandise and price edge label
  • Project a professional image of a pharmacist in the uniform with the name badge that is ready to serve
  • Provide counselling through ‘ WWHAM-AD’ to every patient to make sure we are aware of the patients’ information
  • The pharmacist will deliver the dangerous medicine to every patient with the appropriate advice .
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing overall store operations.
  • Execute store standards and provide customer service according to company standards.
  • Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and controls are implemented and enforced to all team members.
  • Assist to control in store expenses and shrinkage within company guidelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
